I understand that part, but the product has less reviews even review sites. 
 Also, hearing here that it's actually not AI and they are doing lot of stuff manually in the backend.

But it's a startup and considering the layoff situations just worried.
My current company has good WLB and no office drama.

They said they're planning to do a Series C round but don't offer RSU/ESOPs during hiring but rather on performance.

 The culture is cut throat. I was there for an year and I got a total of 3 weekends where I didn’t touch my laptop. 
  
 Credit where its due, founders and people are amazing, it’s just that the expectations are so high that you are constantly overworked.

 Then the interviews happened, couldn’t convert. Was a downer.

So I got a job offer from a company named pixel group Ltd based in kensas, USA for a frontend developer role. They are asking me to attend a 7 day seminar at the office at USA for onboarding and everything will be sponsered. But I got this offer even without a single f2f interview. 1st was a video resume round, 2nd was a technical round and 3rd was a psychometric test. That's it no f2f interview. Is it some sort of scam?? I can't find any details about the company. Please help me. 

Your offer letter, encompassing detailed salary structures, holiday lists, work timings, and the code of conduct, will be provided after your visit to the embassy for visa stamping post verification completion.
