Why do you want to move? Singapore has the most horrific work culture. The Chinese guys have worst sense of work-life balance. (Singaporeans are of Chinese, and Malay ancestry). Better go to Canada if you really want to go abroad.

Yes quality of life is good (but not work life balance!!)z Singapore is way way way ahead of India. But work culture is horrible. You should talk to those who are working there, and who had worked here in India too earlier. I had worked with a Singapore based firm in India, and had visited Singapore for 2 weeks. I had recently asked the same question to a person currently working in Singapore for long period, for a company other than for which I had worked. His answer too was expected.

I live in Singapore. Market isn't great right now, but the country is great.

I am working as chief data officer , but the  company has less data but good wlb and very good environment . Nobody is stoping me to do anything . For me it was the army and followed by my corporate job. I never felt like leaving the country. It’s always better to live like a first class citizen in a 3rd world country than a third class citizen in a first world country. 
  
 In addition to this, family is what defines us as Indians and that kept me hinged back home
