Please Guide Me🥺
I am working as a Software Developer (Java) and its been 2 years. The company I am working with is the most shittiest and the project I am allocated to is worse then the company itself and most of my team members have already resigned. The main concern is that I feel I am not ready for the job market with the skills I have and I want to get better but I don’t know how as I am from ECE background. Can anyone please guide me about anything you would like to suggest? Ps. Java 8, Jquery, HTML/CSS, Spring MVC, MySQL are my tech stack used at my workplace(they practice too old techniques ðŸ˜)

Start preparing for interviews because if you continue with these types of companies, you will not improve yourself.
I’m already stuck in a company that mainly focuses on client money and just delivers projects without considering whether the project or code is scalable.
Due to tight deadlines, developers are unable to focus on writing good code
That’s what exactly same with me. I am applying to many companies but the application gets rejected. So i feel I somewhere lack with my skillset or something. I just can’t figure out.
