From what I've read, other than the Employer's contribution to EPF, everything falls under taxable income.
You will get standard deduction of 50k. Also check with your employer for NPS scheme. Employer contribution to NPS up to 10% of basic salary is exempt without limit.
There is app called myTaxIndia, just put all your details in that and it'll generate your tax, also you'll get info about how to save tax and which regime is good for you.
