Unfortunately most of the time, these 2 minutes are like the 2 minutes of the famous noodles brand. People don't provide proper context or info even if the person who is ready to refer has clearly asked for it. Another example is the Referrals section here is full of posts where people are asking to refer them without mentioning anything about their role, yoe, wfo location feasibility, etc. P.S. I still believe in the power of referring but due to situations like mentioned above, not only me but many other people who are ready to refer others are wondering if they should stop believing in it or not.
