Prep for Sr. PM for lead PM role

I moved into PM from Sales. Have a total of 15yrs exp with 3 yrs in PM. With my technical background, I have a good understanding of tech stuff like Solution design.and BA, Give my total exp I am targeting Sr. PM or Lead PM role. Any suggestions for prep for Sr. PM or Lead PM interview?

To be honest I was at the right place at the right time. But I convinced the interviewers (8 of them) citing my exp in dev, solutioning, BA, pre-sales and sales that i have necessary mindset and capability to be a PM

Subscribe to Exponent on yt. And get a memebership if possible.

Do lots of mock interviews with your peers.

And get someone who reports to you. Product analyst or apm. It matters a lot for spm role

Total experience doesn’t matter when relevant experience is less, compared to the necessary YOE for both Senior/Lead PM. Maybe try next year.
