Product Owner

Was in the same boat. Was job hunting Sr./Product Manager role for 5/6 months. Got interview call for 2 and converted 1. The one I didn't make through I could feel that companies are just spoilt for choices. Market is flooded with PMs of different categories and I suspect anything below 85% match to JD CV are just being discarded.  
  
 While you should definitely review your CV and tweak it, I feel the pm market over supply has more to do with it.

I'm trying to get a proper PM/APM job in a proper/good company. 
3YOE as a software engineer
9months experience as a PM. 

Idk what's lacking in my resume, how do I improve my chances of getting calls and hopefully converting into a proper pm job? Feedback appreciated.
Ps: also, did I make a mistake jumping from software to pm? I like the pm role but I'm afraid i won't get a good job seeing the trend

I'm looking for a role at a PBC because I'm neither getting paid good nor learning anything and as they say you should atleast get one of those.
I have applied at a few places and asked for some referrals but no conversion (not even assessment) at all. 
If someone can help me identify what I'm doing wrong, what can be improved and a resume review it'll be of great help. I need to talk so I would prefer in person, phone/video call. I know it's a lot to ask but this is what I need. I can buy you a coffee if you are in Pune. :)

I have a good working experience at product management side for almost more than 2 yrs. 
I have got the opportunity to write PRDs for bunch of modules at my current organisation.
I have spent more than 2 years now living in Bangalore.
