I have got 2 offers, one for Hyderabad location (14.5, all fixed, as they have shared space office as of now, so initially it would be WFH & once they get a proper office after some months, 2-3days WFO hybrid), & one for Pune location (16 fixed, plus some variable and other benefits, hybrid from Starting, 2days WFO)

Is it worth to do WFO from starting for more money or settle for less now & go to office after some months? Are there any real pros of WFO? I haven't done WFO in my 3 year IT career

 much peaceful compared to Bangalore and work culture is way better than my experiences in Bangalore.  
 Festival celebrations are just amazing and no bad experiences since past 1.5 yr 
 Congestion is piling up this city just like BLR, as a lot of tech companies are gearing up for new offices and new tech parks are already under construction - specifically KHARADI area and they say almost 1.5 lac IT jobs will open up in the next 3-4 years.  
 Traffic woes are same,but again depends on the which part you stay - as we have similar deadlock junctions in Pune as well, if compared to BLR.

Let's face it, bangalore is expensive, in terms of value for money. 
There are so many infrastructure issues.  Travel issues etc

But at the same time, Bangalore is the major leagues for tech in India. 
Events, meetups, startups all are prevalent mostly in Bangalore.

Given all this, and having a choice on where you wanna stay, what would you choose?

I'm currently working in a startup as SWE based in Pune and would like to connect with folks working in Pune. I shifted here last year in October and would like to know the experiences of those folks living in Pune.

Are pune folks here too or only banglore folks?

Through googling I found schools near Amonora and Magarpatta townships. But, there rents are sky-rocketed. Also, came to know the traffic issues in Keshavnagar. What's your opinion on the location with reasonable rents, decent school ?

CTC: 20+ variable(no clarity on variable)
Company: Startup with 1 year hike cycle (bare minimum hike)
Company Size: More than 120
Reporting to: Business Head
Role: Core BD with slightly overlap of cross functional 
Stability: Slightly more than Bangalore one(I would say 1% more since they slightly work as lala company)

Bangalore:
CTC: 22 +12(Esops)
Company: Startup with 6 month hike cycle 
Company Size: Around 30
Reporting to: Founders
Role: Set up and lead the entire Business and cross functional roles(cr.functional offer better learning and growth tooo)
Stability: OK than Pune

Both the company are startups and in terms of stability the Pune one holds higher stability at company level(I would say 1% more than Bangalore) but since its sales roles so I think it doesn't matter. (as per LinkedIn the avg duration of sales folks is 11 month in Pune company)

Which offer is better in terms of growth prospect and considering that you want to move to higher role in the future or may be start again in future ?

Alright,  Bangalore is the best city in India. It's not just the best, it's in a league of its own compared to other cities.

First off, let's talk about the weather. Bangalore's weather is perfect all year round, magical. Unlike heat waves of Delhi and the shit humidity of Mumbai, Bangalore's climate is the best. 

Who wants to sweat anytime you step out or freeze to death in winters? Not me. 

Bangalore is where the real innovation happens. Really smart people making this country better. These Delhi Bombay kids caught lacking for real.

And the people? Bangalore's got the best of the country. It's cosmopolitan. You've got people from all over the country, and everyone's more educated and progressive. 

So, let's cut to the chase. Bangalore is the best city, hands down. The rest of India can keep dreaming, but they'll never catch up.

Because for Maintaining lifestyle I think we should consider every aspect of expenditure.
And since the time I left Delhi ncr, i haven't had a chance to be in any city which has a closer or better public transport system.
