Pune as city for career growth and settling down there?

How's the work environment there? What's the growth perspective there? And is it welcoming for out of Pune people. Is there work life balance or is it a myth? Need proper guidance please. Thanks!!

Bangalore's infra has been crumbling under the weight of its population growth. I believe that yesterday's traffic jam was just a trailer and situation will only worsen with time. Seriously contemplating moving out of Bangalore after being here for last 5 years. People who moved out, where did you move? And are you happy now with your decision ?
