How Simpl doing when compared to Slice? Does this sector really work(BNPL)? Is leadership inspirational in that company?
Struggling as a company, culture has gone to shit, and in the super competitive of D2C checkouts.
Laid off folks in Q1 23, forced exits, dry promotions, opaque culture are prevalent. Also heard rumours of an upcoming layoff.
It was good until 2022, went downhill after certain product and business leaders joined.
Hopefully dodged a bullet.
First, how is a BNPL company surviving? They are hiring. How is the culture there? Anyone knows?
Does the company have any feature, should i consider joining it?
