Quick question????

I was working with QX as senior payroll executive (UK process) and left it due to future growth from learning prospects, joined one start up but client went off within a week and now m on bench, also trying for some other jobs but no luck so far. Any suggestions within Ahmedabad/Gandhinagar - Gujarat Bangalore/pune is also fine if it can provide me hybrid Please comment which can help me alot.

What would be your advise for freshers graduating this year from tier 2 and tier 3 colleges with no hopes of campus placements given the current hiring scenario?

I was regularly going to office & was staying in Gurgaon for almost over 8 to 9 months when i joined the company. Later. I observe that 2 to 3 people who were out-stationed (near by places) were only coming to office for a week or so. I joined that and requested my manager to let me work from home and will come to office once a month. (He let me do that!) Eventually i got married and shifted to Bangalore. Meanwhile story is i have very fluctuating relationships with my manager, he does favouritism and it is quite common in my process. But the pain area started when i am travelling from Bangalore and he constantly asking me (isn’t it difficult for you to travel and all ?, please do let me know if you plan to leave {just give me heads up} I m feeling very confused here - i and manager are very clear that there is no future here for me -i m unable capture a job or offer in Bangalore (I started searching from Feb) So all in all, do i have to live in this misery until i find job in Bangalore ? Any suggestions apart from job search. Ps. I am outstanding in my work

I am a Software Engineer in a company in Hyderabad location. My package is 5lpa. I have hectic and monotonous work life. I am actually not South Indian and have felt harsh racism here. People usually don't talk to me because I don't know Telugu. It has been 2 months now in Hyderabad and I am homesick. My expenses and loans are really high, so I am struggling financially also. I have no friends here and it's affecting my mental health. Can anyone suggest me how to make my situation better?

Hello folks, I am working as an Android developer in service based companies for more than 7 years in Ahmedabad. As there are very few product based companies in Ahmedabad I am planning to relocate to another city to switch to a product based company ofcourse for better compensation. I have applied to many product based companies but I'm not even getting shortlisted for the interviews. There are many other folks in the service based companies who have faced the same thing. Any advice for switching to a product based company would be really helpful.

Can someone help me on my dilemma and what should I do and follow ? My head is bursting out of tension, and I am just going mad being scared about my future. So I(23M) am currently working in a big product based company, and it's office is located in hyderabad. With the recent RTO push, I will have to move there soon. The thing is, I don't want to to move to hyderabad. Many reasons to it. Firstly, I know no body in the city, like have just one friend in that city, and office peeps. Living alone like this is what I'm afraid of (I've never lived away from home). Secondly, I am a pure vegetarian, and hyderabad smells non-veg from road to road. Cafe's restaurants, that stinking non-veg everywhere. Lastly, my parents will be left alone here at my hometown, and they'll not prefer moving with me coz they'll become even more alone in an unknown city. I am thinking to change my job and get to Bangalore, where I do have more friends and family, and Bangalore doesn't stink as well (non-veg is present in cafe's and restaurants everywhere, but it's way much bearable). The last problem still remains. An added problem here is the current economy and recession (I know India has lesser chance of recession, but IT companies are based out of US, so layoff risk continues). I also have a plan to go for higher education, in India itself. But moving away is still an issue, with an added financial burden, as there will be no one earning. And I really feel that getting that second degree is necessary. I am supeeerrrr stressed on what should I do, and with each passing day and I'm able to do nothing, it's just stressing me out so much. Anybody who faced similar situations ? What did you do and how did you cope with it ?

Hello, My company has started Hybrid working model, I’m currently stay with my mom in my home town (7 to 8 hours from Bangalore by road). Couple of my team mates are going to office, most of the colleagues are not. Do you think I should move to BLR, considering like 2 weeks in Bangalore and 2 weeks in hometown. Found a place in BLR which is like 18k per month.

Hello mates,I am from Gujarat and currently working in Deloitte pune in Technology Consulting, planning to buy a property in Pune, in terms of settling down which city is better Pune or Bangalore from career perspective and better social life? Will I miss out on something major if I don't explore Bangalore market ? Need some suggestions from people who have been to both the cities.
