Anyone here got dirt on Quillbot ? Have an interview with them tomorrow. Really not happy with the shitface recruiter who ghosted twice already but I m desperate for a change. Least I want is to jump from warm water into cold acid.

I got 3 emails from their recruiter S##m%a. After my response she disappeared completely. Big big red flag 🚩 Also this is a very niche market with other strong competitors.

I took an interview once and got rejected. They wanted to take one down level from my current role. I took the interview only to understand how they are able to generate their training data set for their product. Apart from all the other tech question the interviewer couldn't answer, he cooly said the training dataset is a responsibility of data science team and he is not a part of it.
This was before genAI and chatgpt... I am still surprised they think can compete with chatgpt
