Ya ya ya that $13 it’s just a customer acquisition cost. They want that untapped % of 4G Indian customers from extreme ends. First give them phone… then say it only runs 4G but hey wait this phone only works with Jio 4G sim make them buy one get them addicted and finally revenue comes…
