Even small companies like 1-10. 10-30 employees count. Those startups also posting onsite jobs Are remote chote se hi nahi shuru hoga toh bade kya karenge Chalo sab barbad kare Bangalore. Our people always like aur thoda aur thoda until all gets filled out.(people+traffic ⛔) #remote work 😑
Some VCs push for onsite / hybrid so that could be why we don't see a lot of small Indian startups with remote work as an option.
