Requesting for a referral

Hi everyone, I hope everyone is doing well. I'm a software engineer at JPMC with 1+ years of experience in Java, Python, and AWS. Lately, my work at JPMC hasn't much fun and I'm also getting underpaid compared to my peers at Chase for the same role. I'm looking for a switch so that things can get exciting again and I can earn a bit more so that I can provide better back at home.
