Resign or Wait?
Hey gviners, I've got a letter of intent from an MNC, and the HR is saying that I can resign from mycurrent org basis the Letter of Intent and that the offer letter might take some time to be released. So should I resign or wait for the official offer letter?
Talk to people on Linkedin from the same MNC, whether LOI turns into offer or not.
