Measure results. Not time you put in at work. Results include impact on business , people , culture.
All right thinking leaders / managers are oriented this way.
However, in many roles repeatable, predictable & sustained results come only with a set of steps that take the time thats necessary for them to execute.
So time is equally important. It's never one against the other.
Results that don't factor in this repeatable execution time are flukes. Process eats outcomes for a midnight snack.
