I wish everyone thought like that.
All right thinking leaders / managers are oriented this way.
However, in many roles repeatable, predictable & sustained results come only with a set of steps that take the time thats necessary for them to execute.
So time is equally important. It's never one against the other.
Results that don't factor in this repeatable execution time are flukes. Process eats outcomes for a midnight snack.
Yes. I get that. As long as agree the same rules can’t apply for each individual and situation. Some situations warrant time and process investments but results are the thing you chase
