I have been applying for roles since 2 months, with my custom made resume format. Haven't received any calls at all. I have used this format previously a couple of years ago, and I received a decent amount of calls in a months time.
Have the whole recruiting industry moved to ATS? Should I consider building a more ATS friendly resume?
