Have been continually updating my resume and applying over the past year. Having difficulty even getting a short list or get an exploratory call. 

Is there any red flags that might be causing it? Would appreciate any feedback.

Got an offer for 10lpa from an analytics company, on notice period at Infosys till mid March. Hoping for an offer within that timeframe. At any established product based company, target is 15-18 lpa.

Have one interview in the works and also the client I’m working for through Infosys has verbally told me they are planning to offer 15lpa.

I'm looking for someone who can review my resume and help me in grooming it. I'm currently working in a service based company, have work ex of spring boot and an IOT Platform. 
I'm looking for a role at a PBC because I'm neither getting paid good nor learning anything and as they say you should atleast get one of those.
I have applied at a few places and asked for some referrals but no conversion (not even assessment) at all.
