Reviews of working at BluSmart?

I’ve an offer from Blusmart but wanted to get a gist about the working culture since it matters a lot to me. I left my previous job because of bad work environment.

How's the product culture and pay like for APM level roles at a few Unicorns like now that the company has established themselves? - Inmobi/Glance - Flipkart - Myntra - MakemyTrip - Zepto - Ola electric - Blusmart Thoughts on any of the above would be really appreciated!

Honestly, I have never used a BluSmart. But my friends who have used it just don't stop going gaga over it. Do you guys think BluSmart will make it big and disrupt premium rides segment or will Uber eventually win here as well(as it did with Ola)?
