Revised resume - final review please
Accommodated all suggestions from yesterday Does this make me look hireable? I am targeting international companies, would they be interested in hiring someone with this background?
Honestly, I am not able to make sense out of “Professional Highlights”. How you define +15% team performance?
Do you want to miss that 10 secs resume glance window ?
Think from a recruiter/HM way - What is the first thing they want to look at?
“Relevancy of resume to the JD”.
How to achieve that?
By adding a headline, “KAM/CoS with X years of experience building consumer products” (replace function words as your role).
As a HM, it helps me quickly connect with the resume. It gives me an idea that this resume can be relevant to my JD.

I get it, I was thinking if having customised resumes
Highlights are main pointers from the resume. That's the idea
Customisation is good, infact headline should be close to the customisation. Now, those highlights are open to interpretation of the reader

Bro too much in the professional highlights section. Please follow the standard star methodology and quantify impact there. Also throwing a lot of buzzwords around for a generalist role is not a good thing- HR doesn't know jack about half these terms
