I thought it will be some amount of consulting work or mba related work etc.

But here they are giving core tech work on SAP.

I was hopeful things will change but, its been 2h years and i am becoming unskilled day by day.

If anyone can suggest me how to go about this or any career counselor etc

Please help. Already feeling depressed and add to it PIP related talks happening.

Here’s a brief intro about me: I’ve worked as both software engineering manager & software technical architect over the last 18+ years on various tech stacks managing backend, frontend and a little bit of cloud. I have seen ups and downs in the software industry. Currently I’m working as a senior architect in one of the product based companies in India.

What are suitable roles for someone working as an IT Consultant in a service based company to move to a company like Google, Microsoft, Meta, SAP, etc.?

Hey people,
   I am a software engineer. I am thinking of pivoting to leadership kind of roles like EIR, founders office, product manager, etc. 
   For people who are currently in such roles or know people in these roles, do you think people from tech(engineering) background, pivoting to this role at age of 24-25 yrs is advisable? Would people hiring for these roles see that I don't hold an MBA?
   What are the things about these roles I should be aware of?

Thinking of switching to non-tech(leadership) from tech

I was into application management and support the last four years. Through Infosys Bridge Program, I’m currently being trained on ServiceNow. Completed CSA, ITSM and CAD certifications. But I only know CSA fundamentals.
Should I stay and work in a project (ServiceNow) and then put my papers down - and go out as a ServiceNow Consultant? What are my options really? I want to double my present salary!
Please do give some suggestions.

Hello everyone.. can anyone suggest some tech related IT domain in which I can enter as a fresher .. basically I am not a fresher I have 2 years of gap I am 2021 mech passout.. I have knowledge of advanced SQL, intermediate python, basics of c/c++ ,Excel,POWER BI .. please  suggest some domains other than data analytics it's very crowded there...and as I am having difficulties getting a decent or tech related job .. I also thought about full stack web d. but it is also very  crowded I want to get a job this year itself as I have already wasted a lot of time.
