This will be the fate of every engineer or scientist if they don't learn proper people & stake holder management and let folks that know nothing tell them what to do. 
  
 Elon was the one that poached Ilya from Google. And that was pivotal for OpenAI. 
  
 Just because Sam had the contacts and became the face of Ilyas work in front of the world, Ilya couldn't do a thing when he felt his own company was doing something wrong. 
  
 This is a massive learning for all stupid engineers out there. 
  
 1. Don't let dumb product folk present your work. 
  
 2. Don't let someone else and most definitely not the irrelevant product folk to be the main Point of contact for your business leads. You are the product there, you are responsible for what you build. Show up in front of business now and then, take responsibility for mistakes. Listen to their issues solve a few of them and tell that you will solve it. (I know if you let that take over there will be lot of noise, but you have got to strike a balance not run.) 
  
 3. Start learning crisp communication and stand your ground. Those who have nothing real in tech come up with way too many fantasy ideas and either are impractical or sugar coat things too much. 
 You have got to stand your ground on the beliefs that you have because other non tech ones will not have the realistic view as you do and if you don't lead roadmaps out there, you are betraying your position.

Last month, Krutrim AI had attained unicorn status for being the first indigenous LLM AI model of India. There was some hue and cry when it had distorted some historical concept of India. 

Today, the beta version was launched and upon pondering, it stated that it’s based of OpenAI’s LLM model…so they spent all this money & resources just a build a wrapper service. 

Frankly, this is just another scam & would lose credibility in a blink of an eye. Why do Indians lack innovation & just believe in simple copy pasting.

OpenAI Employees asks the board to resign!

- Safe Superintelligence (SSI), co-founded by Ilya Sutskever, has secured $1 billion in funding.
- The funds will be used to acquire computing power and hire top talent.
- SSI is valued at $5 billion and has 10 employees split between Palo Alto and Tel Aviv.
- Investors include Andreessen Horowitz, Sequoia Capital, and DST Global.
- Sutskever aims to develop safe AI systems that surpass human capabilities.

OpenAI Nears Human-Level AI Reasoning, Reports Say

OpenAI CEO, Sam Altman testified against Congress(USA wala) and the end result seems to be there will be global regulations on AI. There might be a transparency law that dictates what Data is used for training.

Now I have a few questions:

1. Is it a pro game move by OpenAI to slow down AI Training of smaller companies that are just starting out?
2. Since big tech has back door access to law makers lobby(as we saw in case if right to repair), will they bend the regulations per there liking?
3. Given countries like US and China have supremacy over AI Research, will it curtain AI Development in countries like India?
4. Will Google Bard again cry in trashcan?

Sam's firing was so abrupt and sudden, it shocked the whole world, but even more shocking is him joining Microsoft. 
I don't know what's gonna happen to Open AI but Microsoft is gonna be the most influential TECH-GIANT
