SHOULD I SWITCH TO HR MY BACKGROUND IS MCS

Hey viners i have confusion and i want guidence and experience from you guys the question is after 1 year i aam shifting my job to HR from developme t due to current layoffs and market crisis i was working as embedded software and after that i was like get some interest in HR recruiting so i shifted to it and but got a job in xyz institute as a placement coordinator so my confusion is what like should i upgrade my skills in HR or again should i come to development side lkke i was totally in stressed during my job in development so this was main reason and i got a job as a placemnet officer but i had no choice to join them i was searching HR job in big companies but didint get any referal.

so Point 1 should i continue with and after some years switch to tech companies Point 2 should i stick to development but current markets not allowing me to think . Point 3 As compare to development side how much HR can earn if he s doing certification in HR gaining mkre certificates etc etc. Should i get that much salary in HR? PS At starting only i mentioned currrntly i m doining placement officer job

Point 4 or should i do mentoring means teaching programming language in same institution after some months?

i m totally comfused and stressed by thinking all this thats y i post here and need ur help for guidence.

How much gap of % is as salary as compare to development in HR?

SDE salaries are 1.5-3x HR salaries for same yoe

Google the salaries, Ambition box or Glassdoor will have your answer. From what I've seen HR salaries are good after iims, before that its not good, at least in startups
