Current job: Tech consulting, Functional business analyst YoE: 1 post mba, 4.5 pre mba (product marketing manager, startup) MBA from Tier 2 college. Pay: ~14L (wfo/hybrid in b'lore)

I've started looking for a new PM job. Haven't switched ever before. Need help here. What is the salary I should look for now? Profile: - 5 year experience with a unicorn startup - Tier 1 MBA - 1yr - 1.5 yrs experience with an IT MNC Total: 6.5 yrs PM experience: 4.5 yrs Currently, at 18+1.5L. Need genuine help. Also, is it possible to market correct my salary in just 1 jump?

I have 6.5 + YOE and have a CTC of 20L (fixed + bonus) How do I achieve parity with regards to salary? My next appraisal cycle is in March but obviously due to the economic conditions my company might not give me a great raise even though my performance has been good this year. Any suggestions?

I have been working as an APM at a series C startup for the last 1 year. I did my MBA from a tier 1 college. Worked as a full stack developer for 2 years before that. Am I underpaid? What would be a fair market compensation. Should I try getting another PM job in a different company or switch back to being a dev. ( Not liking PM that much, the dev role was a better experience.)

What should my strategy be if I want to 4x my current salary (let's say go from 7LPA to approx 30LPA) in the next 4-5 years? Is this a realistic expectation to have moving forward? With regards to my work ex; I started off my career with sales, worked for 7 months, left the job, upskilled myself a little bit and landed a product manager role. So in total I have about a year of experience (7 months in sales and rest out it as a pm). Also I have a engineerring background and have also completed my MBA, both of them from tier 2 colleges.

Indian. I am a SDE (backend) currently. ~2 yrs exp. 16 LPA and I work 40-50 hrs a week. I like where I am, but I am not feeling the zeal for tech anymore. Probably will do a MBA down the line (thinking abroad, not sure) Looking for equal or greater pay, similar WLB, new domain. Should I switch to PM and try a hand at it? Am I aware of the reality or living in my own isolated reality?

Hi guys, I am currently working as an APM at an AI startup(B2B SAAS) working on genAI product. Have 2 YOE and base of 20 LPA. Looking to switch due to growth barrier and work culture. Have given interviews with startups in similar domain for APM roles but getting ghosted after 3-4 rounds. I am looking for 20-30% hike. Am i asking too much? Any suggestions? I am getting into my second yr of MBA I did an internship in the area of market research and have skilled in power Bi, Excel, google analytics...have a good research mind and analytical thinking ability But I don't know coding i can't say my coding skill is bad becuz I don't know or don't have that skill. How can I become prodman don't have any other work experience i am a fresher
