Speaking purely from personal experience. Dubai feels very one dimensional - and because of that in the long term, it becomes a bit boring compared to othee cities. Dubai lacks depth in character. It starts to feel like the equivalent of living in a movie set after a certain point.  
  
 Again, personal experience and definitely lot's of people have the opposite experience from mine.

Atleast 30-40k AED per month. Remember there is no income tax but the quality of life is pretty high out there

Offer 1 : 40LPA  (total base pay)  location is banglore
Offer 2 : 33 LPA base + 25% of base (perf bonus) 8.2 LPA= 41.2 LPA location is Hyderabad 
Offer 3 :  252000 AED (57 LPA) location Dubai (no tax)

INR 40L in Bangalore (per year) or AED 20K per month in Dubai

In a bit of a dilemma. 

I joined a well-known / well -funded startup in a mid level role 3 days back.

A Dubai based startup that I had previously interviewed with a few months back, got back to me with a 30k AED / month offer yesterday.

Questions - 
1. Is 30K AED a good salary for Dubai, considering what I make in India?
2. Would it reflect badly if I leave the current company in the first week, considering I made them wait for 2 months of my joining (I don't see my role as super critical for them).

From a job role POV, the dubai role feels more fulfilling. The India role offers a better employer brand. 

What are your thoughts on what I should do?
