Salary for a sebi registered analyst

I’m currently hiring for a financial analyst position for my startup. They’ll be the first core employee. I’m looking for a person with an experience of 2-3 years. The capabilities that I’m looking forward in them are REFM (Real Estate financial modelling), financial analysis, calculation of ROI implications and understanding metrics suck as IRR, XIRR, CAGR etc for Real Estate Investments and Risk Management. Currently we’re developing the technology and were commuted for Pre-Seed investment. So the role would also require to fulfil cross functional tasks. How much Base pay and equity/ ESOPs should I be considering?

I have 6 years experience. My current base/fixed is 60 LPA. (I also got a 5 lakh bonus and 5 lakh of my ESOPs vested this year making my total vested about 30 lakh. So the total comp is 70). I'm being offered a senior engineer position in an early stage startup (as part of the founding engineer team). They haven't given an offer yet. Being early stage, the emphasis will most likely be on ESOPs. How do I evaluate this and set my expectations? (If I were to switch to a mature company, I believe the hikes usually are between 15-20%? How does this work for early stage startups?)

Asking for a friend. They are a recruiter at a top startup but their salary has increased only 30% in the last 3 years. Joined the company out of campus and has been in TA for 2.5 years now at the same company. They mentioned that they're at 6.5LPA now. Wanted to know how the numbers are for someone in good startups (Series B to Series F) in Talent teams. This person has worked on mid-level and leadership hiring along with handling talent branding projects.

What’s the realistic timeline to achieve 50-75 LPA in Bangalore? Currently on 28 LPA. If followed career progression of my seniors, it will take at least 7 more years in the same company to hit ~75LPA. Need guidance from folks who are making these figures. I believe this will help anyone and everyone who is in this path in life? Note: I’m extremely grateful for all the opportunities and my current life through help from mentors and hard work.
