Something is seriously off with these kind of salary expectations. Either I’m seriously outdated or there is a gap in understanding. I lead global data analytics delivery at an MNC, and I get analytics professionals (Non ML) on T&M from good firms (not WITCH)  at 50-60LPA - this is a Non FTE & the quality has been great.

Have seen people with 20L - 1 Cr in this range imo.
