Yess. I suspect universities and examination institutions also leak students info to tution and coaching institutes. Just filled my CAT form 2 years ago, getting bombarded with ads from coaching institutes still.

Same with GATE and other nonsense exams 😒

Do you feel companies are using contact information of candidates (from job portals) to spam the hell of out of them, thereby bloating their own lead CRMs with the same?
In my case, recently I've received calls from Pristyn Care, Unacademy, Vodafone, upGrad, other BFSI majors, etc. 
Having said that, I don't discount banks and fintechs as well.
