Seeking Referrals: Struggling to Land My First IT Job.

I hope you're all doing well. I'm reaching out today because I'm finding it incredibly challenging to land my first job in the IT field. Despite my efforts, securing a position has been tough, and I have debts to pay off.
If anyone here works at any startup and could offer a referral for any of the fresher positions, like associate or analyst or trainee or consultant, etc. I would be immensely grateful. Your support could make a huge difference in kick-starting my career.

i can't refer you as you could see my title, and i am searching for it too so i will say this just keep upskilling even for 1 hr a day and keep applying for job and keep updating your profile frequently and most importantly just keep adding connections in your profile or which you are looking for on linkedin and ask for refferals from them, they could help and guide you better imo.
