Senior analyst career progression

Hi, as the title suggests - I am looking for roles in the growth/strategy or product analytics based fields. I have more than 4.5 years of experience and it mostly consists of consulting, business and product analytics heavy projects. For the past year I have been mostly working as a data engineer specific role and want to make a switch. If you come across such roles or if your company is hiring then do let me know. My target roles/job profiles are those where BAU is not confined strictly to copy paste tasks but stimulates intellect. Would appreciate suggestions/certifications / courses which will make my resume strong { strong enough to apply in mid-career roles in investment banks( for example JP Morgan), AMCs (BlackRock), audit firms (KPMG), financial services ( AmEx), banks with GCCs in India ( NAB ) } Thanks in advance. What salary should i expect, with 9 YOE overall, 7 YOE in analytics, as well as potential companies to apply. Not looking to work in startups. Work broadly includes business intelligence, with some exposure to modelling. Current CTC 30. Current industry BFSI Total experience in BFSI and BFSI related, 4.5 years.
