Hi all, I'm currently working at Accenture for 3.5 years as C11(Database) , I was undergoing a training in Oracle Supply Chain Management at a Online centre/startup for last 6 months. Now that startup want me to work as full time in the SCM technology but they are offering me the same salary package im currently getting now. The thing is they are working on many project things like SCP,SCM,WMS etc but mostly experienced persons used to take care of the technical part. Which leave me to just schedule calls,doing excel/docs, analyze in the call for hours but couldn't understand anything. I understand there is more of self learning needed than of KT. They are telling if I work here full time after a year they will recommend me for interview packages of 1 lakh per month. I want to know whether the Oracle Fusion SCM has a growth in market for next 10 years. And if i work in this startup and do only documentation and not work on technical stuff will i be able to clear the interviews with high packages(1 lakh/month) Should i take a risk and join that startup and work for a year with same package. Or should i be current technology (database) and search jobs externally?. Any of your inputs is fine please help 🙏.

So, last month I interviewed for ServiceNow and was put on hold. Today the HR called me and said that they will be moving forward with the offer. Need some help in negotiating as to what can i get max. My current Breakup is as below. CTC: 35 Fixed: 30 Variable: 5 YOE: 4.9 years Profile i got shortlisted for is IC3 Will be grateful if anyone can help as to how much max can i ask for. They said limit is 36 Base. Can i ask for more??

I've currently 2.5y of Experience as Software Engineer in Accenture but I played many roles in project - Testing, Development, Client Demos. Now I'm just lost whichvdirection should I go considering it has good future and not over saturated/fear of being replaced by AI?

i am working as an Implementation consultant (payroll domain) in one of the MNC. i would like to switch my career as BA or Consultant. My education Qualification is BE CSE, MBA and my current CTC is 6.3L with 1.5 year experience. Now coming to my query. 1. Which path can i choose, is it a consultant or BA ? 2. If i switch, How much can my salary expectation ? 3. or else any other suggestions for me ?

I have been working with Infosys for past 5years(total exp) and my current salary is 20LPA CTC. I work on Apple projects and the work has become repetitive over the last three years, primarily focusing on Java, Spring, Microservices, and Elasticsearch. I really want to join a product company now, for better compensation and more engaging work, but I’m uncertain how to proceed. I’ve just been writing APIs and scheduled jobs, and at this point I think I know nothing beyond it. The thought of facing the interview processes of tech giants for senior roles is daunting. Where should I start from? How do I regain my competence?

Just received a offer letter from Accenture. Job title:- App/Cloud support senior analyst. Should I join? Currently I work at Cognizant. And I am working on a ongoing development project. I have no issues working here but I am underpaid here. Please suggest about Accenture. Should I consider it or not. 55% hike Accenture giving.

Hey, I'm a fresher and recently i joined a mid-size (5k emp) B2B Saas fintech company as a functional consultant. My job role is simply to configure the company's products according to client's specifications, which forces me to think that I'm adding no skills whatsoever except SQL which i can bank on for a switch. I thought since the role has "consulting" in it would be similar to management consulting but it's not.Should i quit and go back to cloud or is there scope for functional consultants?

I'm working as an Analyst in Accenture, recently I got an offer from Infosys with a 40% hike. Should I go for it?
