Servicenow work culture and learning curve

How is the ServiceNow practice in PWC? I got an offer as a senior manager- Tech Architect and I have 13 years of experience. I wanted to know how is the work culture, learning and work life balance.

What are the market standards for a person in this role. I want to understand where i stand in the current market. The reason is to decide if i should negotiate for a raise or explore a new opportunity. I am a Senior QA Lead with Full Stack Automation Testing skills in UI, API, Mobile, Performance and Security.

How are stock refresher assigned in @servicenow? Like my present grant is of 40k usd for 4 years how much can i expect in next year hike? What is the average hike percentages here? Is it easy to transfer between teams like from QE to SWE?

So this week i gave 3 rounds of interview with servicenow. My first round feedback was okish and the 2nd and 3rd round feedback was good as per the HR. He has told me about some de-briefing process that happens and my profile is in priority-2. He has informed me that if anything to happen it would take 2 weeks. Its a 50-50 chance. I needed some inputs from grapeviners here. Anyone else too has faced ServiceNow interviews and been through the same thing. If so please let me know what happened at the end were you selected or rejected.

Hi, Curious to understand how many of you from the Sales or Customer Success teams understand tech Currently as a Csm, I feel that I have a lot of knowledge gap in understanding tech, i feel it would be benficial for me to deep dive and be more knowledgeable in this aspect as it might help me in interacting with clients in a more technical manner and also liason with the product and engineering teams in solving my clients problems. For example if my PM tells me that this issue will take 3 days to resolve i have no option but to agree to his terms as i dont have the technical knowledge to challenge his ETA. It would also help me to explain to the client the root cause in a more technical manner and also why certain issues will take the time they are taking to resolve.

Anyone is working in High Complexity Team in Salesforce Company, Just wanted to know what kind of team is, what is the kind of work.

Recently, my company gave me a new project based on servicenow and asked me to learn and finish csa, cad and itsm. I was previously working as a full stack developer role. I want to know what is the future growth in this servicenow technology. Can anyone give me the details about it?

Recently I gave an interview for an sr software quality engineer. What should I ask for CTC wise not sure how much my ask should be. Round 1: selected Round 2: selected Round 3: With Hiring Manager selected HR negotiation: that's what is left. ________ I also gave an interview for serviceNow. For IC2 | SQA Round 1: Selected. Round 2: it's Tomorrow. I'm positive I can clear this as well. Any suggestions/advice about what my pay should look like is welcome. Also additionally any tips on the types of questions asked in round 2 of serviceNow are welcome. Thanks guys!
