Sharing current offer details to other companies
I hold one offer for 13LPA CTC from a fintech. Is it okay to tell other companies that I hold an offer specifying the company name and package? Can the companies I'm interviewing relay this to the company I have offer from to revoke the offer to gain advantage in negotiation?
They usually never do that. As it’s their reputation also which can get impacted. But as a safe side, initially only send them the cropped Offer not mentioning company name. (Check the watermark). They’d ask you official letter when they want to release the final offer. Then you’d have no choice but to share. It’s fine. Mutual trust.

Thanks mate
Don't go into the specific's of which companies you have an offer from.
But you must use the offer to gain leverage in negotiations. No shame in it, happens all the time.
Just references it like
- I have an offer from a Fintech start-up, they're offering me xx, but I'd really prefer to work with you and would be happy to join if you guys can consider matching it.
- Hey, I need to take a decision on an offer I got from a top health care company, need to get back to them soon, can you please schedule my round sooner, I'd prefer working with your company.
