 Cummins is hands down the most talented of the lot. And he's a work horse. Strategically, how much is Cummins vs Australia management vs senior leadership - difficult to break up. Could be #2 here.  
  
 Stokes is mostly management driven. Just like Morgan, it's very top heavy.  
  
 Rohit Sharma: Again smart and cheeky captain. But was ineffective in the final vs Australia. I didn't see the desperation in the field from him.
