Shifting to Bangalore
Hey Guys ! I will be shifting to Bangalore from 1st of May. I need a flat on rent near Manyata Tech Park. If anyone of you guys can help me or has any lead over the same please let me know.
Hey guys! Is there anyone here who has there company in Manyata Tech Park and is staying nearby that area.
Asking since i'll be shifting there next month so need some suggestions from you guys over the same
Ya , tell me
How expensive are the flats or pg and are they available and how is the food around? And are there any challenges around that area?
PG is okey, but flats 2 BHK will be starting from 30K in a multistory apartment. 1 BHK you can have in around 20-25K depending on size and society but not many available. PG totally depends on amenities starting from 10K but food is avoidable.
Nearby area is good if you want to stay a bit away from office, like Kalyan nagar or HBR , HRBD layout with some nice restaurents and food options. These are quite good to stay.
Lots of PGs are available near Manyata Tech park. For flats you will have to check HBR Layout, Kalyan Nagar or Hegde nagar. I'm staying near Vyalikaval Layout, which is opposite to Manyata Tech Park (1-2km). There are flats available but very limited in number, PGs are more. This area you will find single occupancy PGs for ₹15k per month and for 3 sharing it comes down to ₹10 I guess (not sure).
Better option would be to stay in Pg for few days or a month and look for flats. Vyalikaval Layout, HBCS layout you will find hell lot of PGs. Some PGs provide stay on per day basis as well, ₹500 per day. You can rent a bike from "Royal Brothers" app and search for a room on weekends.
Thanks! How much is your flat rent and how much adavance did you pay while shifting??
Mine is a 1bhk, rent is ₹12k and deposit was 50k. I moved here 2 years back.
Same building 2bhk they were asking for ₹20k rent and ₹80k deposit ( last month 1 flat was vacant, someone took it last week).
Check Kammanahalli or Rammurthy nagar
RT Nagar or Kanakanagar is the best place to live and proximity within 2kms. Take it or leave it. The choice is yours.
RT Nagar is a good area to live near Manyata; Just 10-15 mins away. Have a 2bhk flat for rent in prime residential area. DM for details
You can check for flats/houses in areas like hbr, hrbr, kalyan nagar, kammanahalli, ombr layout, kasturi nagar and horamavu. These are area around radius upto 7-8km from the tech park but has good facilities.
You can find 2bhk under 15k as well if you are not looking for a gated community.
Bengaluru, the IT hub, welcomes you! Try Kalyan Nagar or St. John's Wood. 'Dhundte reh jaoge' in Cox Town and Kodihalli. Best of luck!
