Should I continue in this field?

Hello everyone I am currently in my 4th year of Btech CSE and doing a 6-month internship in a fintech company Here I don't get to work on real projects just time waste tasks and empty assurances that one day I will get In FOMO, I did grind leetcode and also got a job but never been able to become very good at it I started doing projects (MERN) after work, on weekends it feels great to do projects but the thing is that I get limited time and the projects do not appear a big deal to anyone as I am making them on my own (No to " tutorial hell") gradually process of learning So my question is should I quit my job and develop my skills in MERN and other tech as I still have btech left it will not appear as a gap Also, I have 2-3 product ideas in my mind that I can work on Should I take a leap of faith?

I’ve been working in an early-age startup as a frontend developer and am about to complete 2 years in 1 month. This is my first job. I want to quit immediately and then look for a job by doing some good preparation but I am so confused about what to do. I am actively applying. I am leaving this company coz there’s no increment this year also I have to switch projects frequently. I’ve worked on an MVP alone but the work is not organized like mid-level startups, big startups or MNCs. My question is simple. Should I leave and then start looking for jobs actively or I should stay here until the job market recovers? PS - Let me know if someone is hiring for frontend roles.It’ll be a great help

I am a 2023 cse grad, I am a bit demoralised, I feel I did not achieve what I aimed for even after large amount of grind and great profile, I aimed for placements in mncs but still got ghosted, I have around 600 applications in different tech companies, Should I aim to leave IT after few years or be patient to let market bounce stronger?

Hi Everyone, I'm trying for a job in bangalore for over 6 months now, was suffering from anxiety attacks so started taking medicine. People laid off way later than me have started with their new jobs and are happy yet I'm still struggling here looking for a job, they are getting hikes and I'm just looking to get hired. Is it time that I should give up engineering and pursue other domains?? Because Engineering used to excite me and how my luck has treated me and how much unnecessary problems I'm facing, I'm doubting if I should give up now. I want to know the honest opinion. Currently I am in college 3rd year(EEE). Since there aren't really many jobs in EEE. I decided to pursue my carrier in software. So far I have learned full stack development and built some small websites to. Since the internship season is coming I have applied for a lot of postions on various websites but not really getting any replies. So my question is should i continue grinding the full stack devlopment even though competition is at all time high(saw 2000+ applications for 1 intern postion 🤡) and fear of AI(DEVIN) Study AI/Ml since it's the trending topic. But there aren't many postions jn india Learn web3(solana +rust). Many people are telling there is no future in it. But I saw some of my frnds printing money in this tech So senior software enginnering please 🙏 help your fellow junior

I'm working as a software Engineer at a startup with almost 2 YOE. Looking at most of my friends going to usa for masters right after college i felt like I'm making a mistake by not doing the same after listening software engineers earning 100K us dollars there. I thought I'll give myself two years get some work experience and then think about it but honestly I'm still confused if i should switch(which is not proving to be so simple in the current job market) or should I go for masters (again confused here in choosing between usa or Germany or Australia). Will taking almost 40 Lakhs of loan money and doing it be worth it ? Seriously damn confused about what next step to take. When I spoke with the CTO here, he advised it's not worth and you can be earning almost similar money here soon. I'd say FOMO is also a big thing here. As i tell myself let's take the risk, 2 years of study will be done soon and then work for 3-4 years , make big money , repay the loan and get back to India. I'd be having the international exposure, experiencing some above average lifestyle than India , so confused man Any grapeviners who might have seen people around them taking this step please suggest me what to do, any advice is greatly appreciated 🙏

I work in a company where I am daily abused they call me dumb and my manager says I lack intellect and it’s shocking I am engineering graduate where i should have taken arts. My team leads are no good they also leave no chance to abuse me or make fun of me. They sit right next to me and are busy making fun of me. On top of that this company tracks our mouse and keyboard activity with screenshot of our monitor every 10 seconds to evaluate activity even when in office and there is no remote work policy. Almost daily I am abused and my mental health is gone for a toss. I am in depression and also feel that maybe truck hit me before i go to office because daily I am ridiculed there. Remarks like : I will slap you if any change comes in PR. You are so dumb. Cannot code dumbo. and see recession what will happen if we fire you is common in company. I fear market situation. So i am confused what to do?
