Smoking quit.

When you smoke next time, stop doing any other thing. Just focus on the cigarette, you inhaling and exhaling it. The smoke, the flavour, the burn, the rush. Either you'll become a chain smoker, or let it go.

Quit cold turkey, whenever I had the urge to smoke resorted to either having drink cold water or green tea. Didn't help with the craving but I was hydrated and that became a habit, post a month didn't need smokes anymore and also felt so much better energy and decided to never go back again. It's about strong will power in my opinion

Start with reducing the number of smokes. Delay the first and last cigarette of the day Increase duration between smokes. You will quit and restart a few times but follow the above and you will quit it all eventually.
