Startup Bootstarped for 4 years looking for Investment

Hey, I've started a fleet management company I.e we take cars from owners give them out for rent and make a good chuck of margin out of it. We are going the Franchise route to expand faster. At this stage we need a little bit of investment to get to market aggressively. Our revenue for 23 - 24 is 35 Lakhs, we are projected to hit 55 - 60 lakhs this financial year. Apart form the investment looking for a good team cause it has only been me since the beginning.

Am I getting arrogant or thinking right?

So after building my venture for over six years, in January,22 I decided to move on and in Sept,22 I joined an early stage startup led by ex-CXO of a small vertical of Indian IT giant. i joined as early employee to lead product, but over time I have been moved across multiple things without my consent, but I continued doing in and out across as pre-sales, customer success and blah blah. Over the last 1 and half year, the company just got few clients with around total revenue of 15 Lakhs annual. On the sides, I started building my venture as well and built a small team of 4 people, launcjed the product and is doing good in terms of revenue. With the limited time I am able to give after spending 10+ hours doing nothing at my job, at my startup we have scaled well and are doong decent enough monthly revenue of around 6.5 Lakhs and are growing as well. Now, at the place where I work, few people including founder come and give me some gyaan but I don’t like it. Not because I don’t want to learns but because I feel these gyaans are one-sides and comes with limited view. IRL, I have executed better than what they are doing with a better capital efficiency and with very small team. I don’t like what they say. Am I getting arrigant or am I being selective to who do I want to learn from and what? I don’t want to turn arrogant and someone who miss staying grounded. In my venture I listen to my team, my people, my users and stay as much humble as possible, but when it come to my job place, I don’t like them. PS: I am not leaving the job because for the next 2-3 months, I don’t want to burden my company with my salary expense and also my marriage is scheduled so don’t want to eat my savings.

Why are there not enough folks having entrepreneurial aspirations?

I am addressing folks who have progressed in their careers enough to earn at least 30 LPA. If you are earning this much in India, you are already in the creamy layer of lifestyle. You can afford a decent house, a decent car and probably save up some assets for children's education (A lot of people bring up the expensive school fees). If you get a salary hike from 30LPA to 40LPA, there is a high chance that your lifestyle will not change that much. Your savings will go up, but still it will take years to retire early in either case. It's quite apparent that if you want to improve your lifestyle at this stage (highest-end middle class), you will require an income source capable of providing leverage and exponential growth. Barring a few folks I know, everyone else is busy grinding leetcode, mugging up system design for their next job switch or even worse, kissing ass for the next promotion. Why don't enough people start learning about business on the side and slowly start investing their free time in learning everything they can about it ? I am sure it will be a much better time investment if you play your cards correctly for a long enough time (I am pretty sure this is still a quicker path to riches as compared to 30 years of SIP investments). Note: I completely understand that many people have monthly payment obligations like EMIs. And that's why my question is about 'aspirations'. I am not asking 'Why are people not leaving their jobs to pursue entrepreneurship?'. I am rather asking 'Why are people not even thinking about anything else apart from the next (disappointing) hike?'
