What's the biggest crisis your startup or a startup you work at faced? How did you solve it?

Barely made any money in the first year of my startup's existence. Had to pivot, thankfully gained some traction. Still figuring if more pivoting is needed, it's a challenge because our platform is probably the only one like it in a niche market. Sort of creating a category.

It's into social impact. Can't share more than that.
Hiring a growth head before PMF. Changed him to PMF execution in 1 month
Smart decision. Often seems obvious not to hire a growth head before PMF, but it's not always how we do things

6 months into it.. i was thinking may be i should have never quit my job.
