Struggling to figure out targeting on Meta Ads

Perf folks here, I recently ramped up spends through Meta ads, but it’s been leading to poor quality of buyers on my store (selling a slightly premiumish product through a website and app) I want to target people the way Mokobara does - people in good jobs, well earning etc But targeting has been a challenge. They have interests but those seem to be not right (getting weird folks). Lookalike etc will only come later for me since I’m early. Requesting if somebody can just push me in the right direction here. You might have been here too. thanks!
