Suggestions required for resume and switching

One of my college friends (2021 batch) had joined Accenture from college placements.She got trained in salesforce. But since last 2 years she has been in and out of many projects due to some or the other reason and spent time mostly on bench because of which she does not have much project experience. Now she is fed up of this and wants to switch and change the tech stack also. So I told her to start studying java and spring boot so that she can get into backend roles.She is also studying data structures side by side. In the resume she wanted to show that she has java experience for the past 2 years. So how should she write it. What projects she should write about?
