Great opportunity for folks who wanted to exit. But imo most folks are missing the forest for the trees.
This is 4th liquidity event in swiggy. Which in itself is a big thing for most startups. 30% discount is slightly higher but still considerable given the market dynamics.

Managed to cash out atleast 25% of ESOPs (on average) up till now? This is a very important test of liquidity for our ecosystem. Its been almost 8 years of VC funded existence. Any thoughts on this?
I am formers employee of Swiggy and I hold some esops. As fast as I know there have been no communication from the company on what will be the next steps/taxation or login period after IPO at all. In the esop portal also none of the info...
