Switching over to other company
Hi folks,
I need some guidance to switch my current company.As UI developer, I've been working for three years in my project.But in unable to crack my technical interview.Before interview I'm preparing a lot to answer those questions.but I fail there...is there any tips to achieve my interviews and get placed in new company...Would appreciate if I get any solution

Things I've followed so far is ...updated my LinkedIn profile to open to work and in naukri applied tons of job openings based on my experience and location and frequently I'll be updating my naukri profile and LinkedIn profile ...but based on my opinion the calls which I got is totally from naukri profile and in LinkedIn if you applied any jobs right after immediately I'll get the mail that unfortunately we're not moving with your profile 😕..even I'm confused how to proceed moving further...
I am also applying in Nakri but i am getting lots of scam calls or 3rd party payroll contract basis
