TCS ending WFH
Is it true that TCS is ending wfh & calling everyone back to office. I m concerned for my brother who is currently livong with mother at hometown. He has to go back to Hydrabad if rumors are true.
That is just hearsay. As of today no official mail or comm regarding permanent wfo.
What i believe is that sooner or later they're gonna call everyone.
It's like they're coming for everyone.
I just resigned from TCS and in my interview with HR i clearly mentioned that due to WFO i am resigning.
He said they could only allow for some time to wfh but not on a permanent basis.
My suggestion would be that untill u get any personal call don't go to office.
Still using hybrid mode. But they will still need you to be at disputed location
