Take-home assignment for EU firms

Folks, please list down the companies you are aware of which give 'take home assignments' as part of the interview process,

Curious to know about career transitions of non tech roles.

Is there any specific companies which offers non tech role with visa assistnace in Europe.. 7 years of experiance in Project management.

The amount of pride in this post (https://shorturl.at/nopPW) almost baffles me, how is it okay to ask someone to spend their time on a 'pre-interview' assignment? What if the candidate doesn't fit the budget, or the notice period is a bit too much etc. Imagine going through so much only to be laid off because "sorry we hired like crazy and need to do cost-cutting now"

Folks who have bagged remote roles in EU/US orgs/startups, please share your experience and do's and don'ts. With Bangalore becoming costly for me, I am tinkering with the idea of remote jobs

I've been asked to do a take home coding assignment and submit within 3 days, what are some things I should consider before submitting, and are they really worth it? My interviewer hinted they place a lot of importance on it

Hi folks, If a company asks you to do a Product Take home assignment and never replies after it, what is the best way to prevent it ?

Hi Wanted an opinion on how do you all tackle the assignment bit when it comes to assignments as part of hiring processes. One, how regular or normal is it at senior positions ? And two, I feel that a lot of times they just ask you to do everything that is expected of the job. Eg: Create a marketing strategy after analyzing landscape and top 3 competitors. Add graphs etc. I always have a concern of getting most out of you. Since its at round 1 they would be getting multiple such assignments, which means by design lpt of this work will be a waste and lots of inputs freely sourced. How do you all handle it ? Can you push back ? P.S: Am from business/ marketing aide of things and not sure of how it works for techies/ product.

I work remotely for an european company and i have to say this indian companies cannot match culture and WLB in european tech companies. This is attested by my friends who work at companies like spinny,flipkart,amazon…etc. lets debate!
