It’s common knowledge that many millionaires were minted by IPOs ( likes of abnb, meta, coinbase ). Are there examples of similar gains in the Indian startup ecosystem, for mere software engineers? Especially the companies that ipo’d on Indian markets.

Very few indian companies have IPO'd till now. Early employees in paytm/nykaa would have made crores.

Fewer examples, but yes. Many people including software engineers became multi-crorepatis during the Paytm, Nykaa, Policybazaar listing
