Tech sales or product management?

I am working as a project operations lead with total 8 years of experience .

Got an offer for solution specialist pre-sales role within the same company. Currently I’m making 18lpa, what is the salary can i expect for this job post ? What is the industry pay scale ? In future if i don’t like the role , will i be able to go for project management role?
