Has anyone else hit this mid-life career wall? How did you rediscover your passion or purpose? Any advice for those of us feeling stuck in our "successful" careers?
Start networking internally at your company and externally with peers and senior folks in your industry. And eventually get a mentor. Cannot comment more without knowing about what your experience has been so far, but these activities usually help you exchange ideas/thoughts and help get some perspective. And yes don't stop learning - continuous learning is the only way to keep yourself excited in your field
