Start networking internally at your company and externally with peers and senior folks in your industry. And eventually get a mentor. Cannot comment more without knowing about what your experience has been so far, but these activities usually help you exchange ideas/thoughts and help get some perspective. And yes don't stop learning - continuous learning is the only way to keep yourself excited in your field
