Tekion has very poor WLB that's why it has very high attrition rate
You don't need layoffs if you squeeze the employee enough, lowball them or call them WFO to micromanage.

At this rate won't be surprised if they start layoffs in 6 months if they end up offering jobs to all or majority of these interns 😅
